Easy Ads is independently operated under the Easy Ads brand at lucentideai.com. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, sign in, buy video credits or generate videos. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

Information we process

The product database stores a one-way keyed value derived from the public IP address to check anonymous free-generation eligibility. This does not mean that hosting infrastructure or third-party providers never process IP addresses.

Why we use this information

We use information to authenticate accounts, process requests and purchases, create and deliver videos, maintain balances, provide support, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, these activities rely on performance of our service agreement, legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations, or consent for optional measurement.

Service providers and payments

Our account service manages authentication and credits. Google or Discord processes sign-in through its own service. Hosting, object-storage and AI-processing providers receive the information needed to store your selected files and carry out your generation request. Support and authorized operations staff may access relevant records to resolve issues.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or Messenger, the messaging provider processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. We use information you share, including your account email and payment reference, to provide support and resolve credit issues.

If you submit feedback through the site, we store your rating, message, page path and any email address you choose to provide so our team can review your comments and may follow up. Authorized Easy Ads operators can view feedback. Feedback records are deleted after 24 months.

Online checkout is processed by PayPal under its Privacy Statement. Easy Ads receives purchase references, payment status and other transaction details needed to operate the service, but not your full card number or security code. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.

Cookies, local storage and measurement

We use cookies and browser storage for sessions, security, consent choices and recovery of uploads or checkout activity. When configured, TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel send a basic page-view event when the creation page opens, including before optional analytics consent is granted. Those providers may process technical request and browser information.

Additional registration, checkout and purchase measurement is enabled only after you allow analytics. With that choice, TikTok Events API and Meta Conversions API may receive conversion events, browser or campaign identifiers and normalized, hashed matching identifiers. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Changing your choice affects future optional measurement and does not recall events already sent.

When you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and selected creation screens using browser identifiers, technical information and campaign parameters. We remove private result identifiers, sign-in codes and unapproved query parameters from the page addresses sent to Google, and do not send your email address through this integration. We also retain your first consented acquisition source in browser storage for up to 90 days and, for new registrations, associate it with your business account to measure where customers first found us. Later visits do not replace that first source. You can change your optional analytics choice below. Google processes measurement data under its Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos have a 7-day availability period. Generated videos have a 30-day availability period, after which they become unavailable and are processed for cleanup. Tattoo preview uploads, meaning the design artwork and body photo you provide, are available for 24 hours; tattoo preview results are available for 30 days. Each creation shows its own expiry where the product displays it. Download files you want to keep. Cleanup, backup copies and records kept for security, transactions, disputes or legal obligations may follow different retention periods; expiry of a media link does not mean every related record has been erased immediately.

Account, transaction and credit records are kept as needed to operate your account, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request account closure or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records where required or permitted by law.

International processing and security

Our hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protection and access rules may differ. We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid uploading information you do not have permission to share.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority.
