1. Who operates Easy Ads

Easy Ads is an independently operated service under the Easy Ads brand (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of our AI video creation service at lucentideai.com. For service questions, contact [email protected].

2. Our service

Easy Ads turns 1–4 product or store photos into an AI-generated advertisement video. Our Pricing page explains the available packs and deliverables. Generation times and results vary; review outputs for accuracy, suitability and third-party rights before use. We do not guarantee advertising performance, platform approval or a specific creative result.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in provider secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing or abusive content, impersonation, unauthorized intimate imagery, or attempts to bypass payment or security controls.

4. Your content and generated videos

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded photos, trademarks and any identifiable people. You retain your rights in your inputs and authorize us and our service providers to process them to deliver and support your requested generation. You may use downloaded videos for your business or advertising, subject to rights in the inputs, applicable law and third-party rights. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

5. Purchases and credits

Video packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. One video generation uses 100 credits. The selected pack, currency and final amount including applicable taxes are shown before payment. Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed and are used within Easy Ads; they are not a bank balance or a cash withdrawal facility.

Online purchases are processed by our payment provider. Our support team can help with purchase issues. Our Refund Policy explains payment refunds and the separate handling of failed-generation credits.

6. Availability and storage

The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Uploaded photos have a 7-day availability period; generated videos have a 30-day availability period. Download completed videos you want to keep. Storage, backup and other record retention are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service restrictions and problems

We may restrict activity that violates these terms or threatens the service or other users. If you encounter an error, unauthorized purchase or inaccessible paid service, contact us with your account email and relevant job or order reference. Any restriction or discontinuation remains subject to applicable consumer rights and refund obligations.

8. Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning a faulty or misdescribed service. Updates will be published here with a revised date; changes do not remove rights attached to earlier purchases. Contact [email protected] to raise a complaint or question.
